Why did the fan spoil after the installation few weeks?
If the fan incoming supply link up with Lighting switch or Motion sensor, this will shorten the fan life span. Advise to have stand alone the fan switch & label it “FAN”.
Why do fans have humming noise?
If the fan installed with speed controller or vsd – advise not to reduce speed more than 30%.
Check fan bearing & loose parts.
Check all phase wire current for consistence amp, to prevent Single phasing of motor.
Check & lower the VSD Frequency switch.
Why mcb circuit trip when new install fan is ON?
Not compatible overload relay & starter.
Wrong wire connection, Loose wiring.
Why Airflow is not enough?
Not compatible Fan size & Duct size.
Fan impeller rotating direction is wrong.
Actual system pressure is higher than design require.
Old duct work may have leakage.
Ensure damper, louvers are open.
