WSK commercial fans like wall mount fan, ceiling extractor, window mount fan and air curtain are commonly use in Europe, Latin America, Africa, Middle East and Asia markets.

 

Basic design ventilation mounted on the rooftop of building. Available with FRP or Steel mushroom cover. WSK roof extractor can also be fitted on marine vessel with normal mushroom cover or cowling damper.

Wind turbine roof fan operated by natural wind is also available.

 

Design to remove excessive fumes, smoke, etc from one point to the other point with great thrust. Widely use in metro station, car park ventilation, marine engine room, chemical store, etc… Equip with Class ‘H’ motor 250ºC for 2 hours or 300ºC at 2 hours.

Compact in-line ventilation design. Available in a rectangle casing and round blue tube like casing. Suitable to be used where limited space for installation has occurred. Uses Europe design external rotor motor gives a lower noise level with high pressure stability to the operation. Commonly use in many areas like kitchen, toilet, changing room, clean room, due to it easy installation and maintenance free.

Tube fan size from diameter 100mm till 355mm.

 

Great design for exhaust of polluted smoke out without air stream comes in contact with the fan motor. Hence, this design will prolong the motor shell life being contaminated by oil, grease, chimical, dirt, etc. Fan casing & impeller material used are simila to axial fan type.

Sizes range: Diameter 315mm to 1530mm.

Diameter range from315mm to 2000mm.

Capacity can reach to 250,000 cubic meter per hour.

 

WSK axial flow fans are designed to provide excellent exhaust & supply of airflow to the designated area. It comes in direct diven or belt driven design. Fan casing comes in Long or Short case and is generally made off mild steel with hot-dip galvanize or ecpoxy paint coat finishing. Impeller use is Aerofoil adjustable pitch angel type made off Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), Anti-Static GRP or Aluminum Alloy.

 

Fan motors available in standard squirrel cage induction type, explosion proof type, high temperature type, spark proof and dust prrof type. All at the minimal enclosure of IP 55, Class ‘F’ or Class ‘H’ insulation which are complied to international standards like IEC, ATEX 94/9, IECEX, BASEEFA, BS & AS.

 

Diameter range from 150mm to 2000mm.

 

Capacity can reach to 250,000 cubic meter per hour.
